Canadian Fashion Designers

It has been a few weeks since LG's Toronto Fashion Week; however, I have found myself wondering why Canadians (like me) do not buy Canadian? We are so interested in the big international fashion designers that we tend to forget about the guys that are working their butts off in our own backyards. I see the same passion for fashion in their eyes; therefore, I may never understand the reason for not giving our fellow Canadians the fame that we all know they should have. Watching many of the runway shows I saw items of clothing for everyone, and thinking to myself how proud I was that these local designers were here showing Canada what they can do. Be proud of Canada and the talent we have in fashion!
